Night sky filled with stars, the Milky Way galaxy is visible, and there are shooting stars or satellites streaking across the sky over a river, with trees and a distant horizon.

Growth begins when you step off the main path.

Who I Serve & What I Offer

I offer virtual individual therapy services, one-on-one counseling for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and major life transitions.

I support personal growth, including recognizing and setting boundaries, rediscovering your passions and joys, and building courage to take whatever next steps you want to on your path through life. It will feel non-linear, but we learn the most about ourselves and life on the side quests.

About Taylor

Hi! I’m Taylor, a therapist from Central Wisconsin. I have been practicing in Mental Health for about 10 years, and have found my passion in supporting people through different life transitions, including new schools, jobs, relationships, or just rediscovering yourself.

I believe that therapy should be relatable and comforting, I am here to support your growth and decisions, helping you to understand your patterns and take actions that make YOU proud, even if they aren’t necessarily understood by those around you. You are the only one who can look at your life and have to live with your decisions. As Eleanor Roosevelt said, “Do what you feel in your heart to be right, for you will be criticized anyway.”

I am a nerd who loves to play RPGs (such as Dungeons and Dragons and Brindlewood Bay) and I read many different types of fantasy books and various authors (like Brandon Sanderson, Jim Butcher, and I just discovered Mary Robinette Kowal).

I believe there is a lot that we can learn from literature and play, we can practice being brave and find strength from characters we looks up to. Life is too short to be too serious. Take the long way around, try a new activity, be brave enough to explore and make mistakes.
